Once the reservation is complete, the guest will receive a confirmation email that will serve as proof of the reservation.
The reservation will be confirmed and guaranteed by credit card. During the reservation process, the card details may be verified in order to authorize the charges specified in these terms and conditions.
In the event of a no-show at the hotel without prior notice, the amount for the first night’s stay, including VAT, will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation of the reservation will be free of charge provided it is made within the timeframe established in the cancellation policy applicable to the selected rate. These terms may vary depending on the dates of stay and the type of reservation made.
Once the free cancellation period has expired, Praktik Hotels may charge the amount corresponding to the first night’s stay, including VAT, or the total amount of the reservation, depending on the specific conditions applicable in each case.
In cases where the total amount of the stay is charged, a full or partial refund of the amounts paid may be granted, as applicable, in accordance with the relevant regulations and for services not enjoyed.
Additionally, the stay is subject to the tourist establishment stay tax and any applicable municipal surcharge, in accordance with the regulations in effect on the date of the stay. These amounts are not included in the booking price unless otherwise stated, and they must be paid at the establishment. They will be itemized on the invoice or receipt in any case.
